  1. Hotel pick up (30 to 60 minutes before the tour starts depending on your hotels location). We pick up from every hotel in Cancun, Costa Mujeres, Moon Palace and Puerto Morelos.We’ll confirm the exact pickup time after your reservation.

    The driver will get off the van and call you by your name at your hotel lobby.

  2. Meet your guide, safety brief & lockers:Once we arrive at the headquarters, you’ll be introduced to your guide. Learn all the safety measures and get a small tour through the headquarters where you will get your locker.

    We have showers, clean bathrooms and changing rooms for comfort. Also a resting area with hammocks and a small snack bar.

  3. Swim in the underground cenote (cavern). With a dock for photos and skylight to jump in.
  4. Take a ride on a “safari” to the next cenote. A 15-minute ride trhough the woods.
  5. Enjoy the second cenote. With kayaks, ziplines, jumping platforms and areas for photoshoot.
  6. Mexican Power lunch. A short lunch with hand-made tortillas to recover some energy.
  7. Hotel drop-off. You have free time to shower and change your clothes for a comfy way back.
